Summary: The MES Global Training Lead role is a 3-year remote contract position based in Europe, starting in January 2026. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the global training strategy for the Digital Factory Program, aligned with program phases and deployment timelines.
  • Develop a comprehensive training roadmap covering system, process, and role-based learning needs.
  • Coordinate with global leads and site teams to identify training requirements and priorities.
  • Lead the creation of training materials including e-learning modules, SOPs, job aids, and instructor-led content.
  • Ensure training content is aligned with validated processes and system configurations.
  • Manage localization of training materials for site-specific needs and languages.
  • Organize and oversee training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for key users and end users.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to adopt new digital solutions (MES, WMS, LIMS, ERP, OT) and processes.
  • Manage training delivery and support change-management activities to drive successful transformation.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Development, Education, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in manufacturing or digital transformation programs.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training for MES, WMS, LIMS, ERP, and OT systems.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Experience in international, cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
  • Fluent in English.
