Summary: The Global Sales Manager for SMB at Time Doctor will lead and manage a team of Account Executives and Outbound SDRs, focusing on driving sales growth in the SMB market. This role involves tactical coaching, recruitment, and collaboration with various departments to enhance sales strategies and improve lead quality. The manager will also be responsible for mentoring the sales team and ensuring they meet established goals while fostering a customer-focused environment. Bilingual Spanish is preferred for this global role within a fully remote team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tactical sales coaching, call/demo review, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to exceed targets.
- Assist in recruiting, staffing, and training to grow and maintain the sales team.
- Execute sales strategies set by direct sales leadership.
- Support the sales team with client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Provide feedback on sales and personal development to the team.
- Conduct weekly and monthly sales coaching sessions to maintain high output levels.
- Manage productivity, funnel of opportunities, and quality to meet goals.
- Implement ongoing process improvements and recommendations for efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance messaging and lead quality.

- Proven sales management experience in SMB and emerging markets.
- Experience in full cycle sales or SDR to AE strategy.
- Track record managing outbound sales functions with data enrichment tools.
