Summary: The Global Health Access Project Manager at GSK will oversee multiple Global Health Access Programs, including the malaria vaccine initiative and the Neglected Tropical Diseases Program. This role involves managing internal project teams, supporting business plan reviews, and ensuring compliance with risk management protocols. The Project Manager will also assist in budget management and external meeting organization, contributing to the overall success of GSK's mission to improve global health. The position is remote and requires candidates to be based in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Internal project team meeting management (meeting organization, agenda development, minutes) and archiving of documents
- Supporting business plan review and regular progress tracking with the project team
- Management of the program’s risk register, supporting regular team reviews and updates, and preparation for quarterly Risk Management Control Board meetings
- Supporting project budget management by the Program Director
- Supporting activities/processes related to compliance requirements
- External meeting support (meeting organization)
- If the workload allows, supporting the Access Programs & Partnerships Team Lead with select tasks such as compliance monitoring, archiving, team retreats, and ‘above-brand’ projects
Key Skills:
- Experience working in a pharma commercial (or global health) environment and familiarity with key functions involved with product commercialization, e.g. supply chain, regulatory, market access, finance
- Experience providing project management support for complex programs involving multiple inter-dependent workstreams and including work planning, deliverables tracking, risk management, budget reporting
- Experience supporting cross-functional matrix teams and working with multiple functions
- Diligent and highly motivated to ensure appropriate risk management and compliance with business requirements
- Ideally, knowledge and understanding of global public health context

Role Overview
The Project Manager will support two or more Global Health Access Programs, which are led by a Global Health Access Director, including the flagship malaria vaccine program and the Neglected Tropical Diseases Program. These programs are managed through an internal cross-functional project team, led by the Global Health Access Director, and through partnerships with external organizations such as Gavi the Vaccine Alliance, and the World Health Organization.
