Summary: The Global Benefits Manager role at Apollo is a temporary position focused on managing the operations of global benefits programs during a team member's maternity leave. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic planning of domestic and global benefits and LOA programs.
  • Lead and manage the annual open enrollment process, ensuring a smooth experience for all employees.
  • Partner with benefit brokers to operationalize global benefits offerings, ensuring seamless administration of programs by vendors.
  • Drive benefits communication campaigns, ensuring effective communication of benefit plan information to employees.
  • Offer day-to-day benefits support and address inquiries, assisting employees in navigating their benefit needs.
  • Work closely with Payroll, HRIS (DarwinBox), and People Operations to ensure an exceptional employee experience.
  • Own all state and federal regulatory compliance filings, ensuring benefits programs adhere to applicable laws.

Key Skills:

  • 6+ years experience leading and driving benefits programs in a global organization.
  • Working knowledge of international health and general benefits offerings.
  • Knowledge and experience in leave of absence (LOA) programs.
  • Ability to scale processes in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal) and high attention to detail.
  • Understanding of the global benefits landscape, specifically in India, Poland, Mexico, and Colombia.
  • Ability to drive modeling and budgets for decision-making.
