We are offering a limited number of beachfront Art Villas, starting from €365,000, within a private beachfront Art Living Museum. This is not conventional real estate. These villas are collectible assets , created at the intersection of architecture, art and beachfront land. Remote. Global. Fully flexible.

You will design, lead and scale an international network of elite real estate agents selling high-value beachfront art villas to global collectors, founders and investors. If you are a natural closer who knows how to attract, train and elevate top agents , this role compounds rapidly.

What you will own

  • You have full ownership of the agent channel, including:
    • Recruiting high-performing international real estate agents
    • Training agents on the project’s narrative, positioning and closing strategy
    • Defining standards, playbooks and qualification criteria
    • Managing pipelines, deal flow and conversion quality
    • Enforcing pricing discipline and maintaining a museum-level brand experience
    • You are fully accountable for agent quality, activity and results .

Compensation & upside

  • High commission per villa sold
  • Override commissions on every sale generated by your agent network
