Taylor Root is working with a leading technology and consulting company who partners with major clients to support and deliver innovative technology, digital transformation and technology solutions.
They're seeking an experienced German qualified commercial/technology lawyer to join its international legal team on a fixed-term basis.
They need someone to start in September, and the Fixed Term Contract will be until 31st December.
The role will focus on: Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on agreements throughout the contract lifecycle.
Handling Statements of Works, Master Services Agreements, framework agreements, and other complex commercial agreements.
Providing pragmatic legal advice to stakeholders.
Supporting transactions across Europe and the DACH region.
Profile Required
German qualified lawyer with at least 8 years' experience.
Experienced in commercial contracts within technology, IT services, consulting, or digital services environments.
Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach to legal risk.
Comfortable working independently within a fast-paced international business.
The role can be taken on a fully remote basis.
