Key Responsibilities:
- Create advanced biological research challenges across molecular biology and omics domains
- Design experimental reasoning tasks including controls, confounders, reproducibility, and data interpretation
- Develop research-level questions, answers, and structured evaluation rubrics
- Provide feedback on wet-lab protocols, computational pipelines, and study design
- Apply quantitative and bioinformatics reasoning to evaluate complex, multi-step biological problems
Key Skills:
- PhD or MD/PhD in molecular biology, genetics, biochemistry, bioengineering, systems biology, or related life-science field
- Currently or recently active in academia (faculty, staff scientist, research scientist, or postdoc)
- Hands-on wet-lab experience designing and executing experiments
- Strong expertise in experimental design, controls, confounders, and reproducibility
- Deep domain expertise in at least one of: genomics, transcriptomics, epigenetics, or proteomics
- Published peer-reviewed research with demonstrated impact (first/second author or senior leadership)
- Strong scientific writing and analytical reasoning skills
