Summary: The Genesys CX Architect (IVR) role involves planning, developing, testing, and implementing Contact Center solutions to enhance business efficiency and productivity. The position requires translating business needs into technical specifications and maintaining expertise in Contact Center technologies. The architect will also consult on modernization projects and influence strategic technology decisions. This is a remote position based in the USA with a focus on Genesys Cloud CX and Google CCAI technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, test and implement Contact Center solutions that improve business efficiency and productivity as well as support business strategies and goals.
- Identify and communicate business needs and translate business requirements into technical system and functional specifications.
- Maintain the broadest range and depth of knowledge in the Contact Center respective area of expertise within the Client's IT organization.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and influence strategic decisions regarding technical direction of the business.
- Consult on large scale Contact Center modernization projects/programs as a subject matter expert of existing and new Contact Center technology.
- Drive new technology direction on cross-divisional technology solutions and highly complex tasks, projects/programs, and support issues.
- Five plus years of experience in multiple technology areas required.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge in the following major technology areas: Genesys Cloud CX (Call Flow Design), Google CCAI (DialogFlow Design), Cyara Testing Products.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in Genesys Cloud CX (Call Flow Design).
- Experience with Google CCAI (DialogFlow Design).
- Knowledge of Cyara Testing Products.
- Strong understanding of Contact Center technologies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience in consulting on large scale modernization projects.
