Summary: The Genesys Cloud/Product Architect role requires a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in Genesys Cloud and cloud-native architecture design. Key Responsibilities:

• Hands on Experience in implementing an enterprise Grade Platform on Genesys Cloud as Messaging platform.
• Designing custom workflows, Agent Interaction system using Genesys cloud with Messaging platform.
• Experience in implementing Omni channel design leveraging Genesys Cloud platform.
• Design & Integrate Consumer Application consuming the Genesys SaaS APIs.
• Large Scale design & Implementation of Micro Services model on Cloud platform (preferably Azure).
• Migration of Applications from Legacy to Genesys cloud platform.
