Summary: The role of Genesys Chatbot Consultant involves developing multichannel self-service solutions using Genesys Cloud CX, requiring a minimum of 3-5 years of application development experience. The position is remote and is part of a 12-month contract. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and integrating various communication channels and ensuring effective analytics solutions. Candidates must possess relevant Genesys certifications and a solid understanding of the Genesys framework and APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3-5 years of application development experience implementing multichannel self-service/IVR and Omni-Channel Orchestration Routing on Genesys Cloud CX.
- Functional and hands-on experience on development on Voice and Non-Voice (SMS, Email, Chat, Voice Bot, etc.) applications solutioning using Genesys Cloud CX Architect.
- Thorough understanding of Genesys Framework, Integration with internal and external components.
- Delivery credentials for Self-Service and Analytics solutions enabled with speech-based interfaces and dynamic menu based on customer treatment strategies.
- Genesys Cloud CX certified professional in one or more focused solution area (Inbound, Outbound, Multi-channel, Desktop, Integration, Recording, Reporting, etc.)
- Must have a solid understanding on Genesys Architect Flows, Data Actions, OAuth and Integrations objects, Genesys Integration with other Ancillary Products, Genesys Cloud Reporting, Genesys Cloud APIs.
Key Skills:
- 3-5 years of application development experience.
- Experience with Genesys Cloud CX and its various components.
- Knowledge of multichannel self-service solutions.
- Genesys Cloud CX certification.
