Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support Oracle CX Cloud products including CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Field Service Cloud, and Fusion Sales/Service Cloud.
• Provide deep implementation and support experience of CX processes and CPQ solution areas.
• Utilize proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, KnockoutJS, NodeJS, HTML, CSS, Webpage Design, Python, VBCS, and Redwood.
• Analyze and solve problems effectively.
• Work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree (BE, BTech, MCA).
• Minimum 5 years experience with Oracle CX Cloud products.
• Deep Implementation/Support experience of CX processes and CPQ solution areas.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, jQuery, KnockoutJS, NodeJS, HTML, CSS, Webpage Design, Python, VBCS, Redwood.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
