Company Overview: Our client is a leading SaaS company dedicated to lowering emissions through AI. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fundraising Advisor to assist them with their upcoming venture debt raise.
Job Summary: The advisor will play a crucial role in supporting fundraising efforts. This position requires a candidate with a strong understanding of venture debt raises including EIB and EIF financing, financial modelling skills, the ability to manage investor DD processes and create investor materials as required. The advisor will closely with C-suite throughout. The role will be remote and is expected to require a minimum commitment of 4 days a week for at least 5-6 months starting in Q1. Some initial support work may be required before current year end.
