Summary: The role of Interim Fundraising Assistant at a leading global conservation charity involves supporting the individual giving and supporter care team by processing donations and ensuring financial data accuracy. The position requires experience in fundraising and CRM systems, particularly Raiser's Edge, and offers a fully remote working arrangement. This interim role is expected to last 2-3 months with the potential for extension or temp-to-perm opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process income and donations, ensuring accuracy in Raiser’s Edge CRM
  • Prepare and input weekly Stripe reports
  • Manage the supporter inbox, responding to queries and processing renewals, cancellations, and refunds
  • Oversee membership renewals for the Membership Club
  • Assist the Individual Giving and Supporter Care Manager with donation forms and coding
  • Send personalised thank-you messages to donors (£500>) and flag major gifts to the team
  • Provide general admin support across the fundraising team

Key Skills:

  • Experience in fundraising, supporter care, or individual giving
  • Strong administration and data processing skills
  • Raiser’s Edge CRM experience is highly desirable
  • Confident communicating with donors in a professional and engaging way
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
