Summary: A leading Microsoft Partner is seeking a Functional Solution Architect specializing in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O / AX) for a remote role. The position involves leading ERP transformation projects across Spanish-speaking regions, focusing on functional design, solution strategy, and delivery. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful ERP implementations that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the functional design and solution architecture for Dynamics 365 F&O projects
- Conduct workshops with key stakeholders to gather requirements and design optimised business processes
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and scalable solution models
- Configure key modules such as Finance, SCM, Project Operations, and others as required
- Oversee fit-gap analysis, documentation, UAT, and user training
- Collaborate with technical architects and development teams on customisations, integrations, and data migration strategies
- Serve as the primary functional point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with Microsoft best practices and contribute to continuous improvement
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Functional Solution Architect or Senior Functional Consultant on D365 F&O (or AX 2012) implementations
- Expertise in one or more core modules: Finance, Supply Chain, Project Operations, Procurement, Inventory, etc.
- Strong client-facing skills and experience working directly with business and IT stakeholders
- Experience with full project lifecycle delivery (from discovery to post-go-live support)
- Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus
- Comfortable working remotely
