Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the functional lead for sourcing and aligning packaging-related data from various systems.
  • Work closely with product managers and software engineers to define functional requirements and data structures.
  • Map functional data flows and ensure completeness and accuracy of source data across use cases.
  • Help define standard templates and best practices for packaging data extraction.
  • Provide expert insight on how different SAP modules contribute to packaging data visibility.

Key Skills:

  • Solid functional expertise in SAP EHS, PP/LO-BM, PLM-RM, and Classification systems.
  • Understanding of packaging structures, including composition and elements.
  • Experience supporting process industries, manufacturing, or consumer goods environments.

SAP Functional Consultant – EH&S/PLM/LO-BM
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for an experienced SAP Functional Consultant to join a leading global client.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale transformation programmes within an international team, with long-term growth and development potential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the functional lead for sourcing and aligning packaging-related data from the following systems:
    • Bill of Material (SAP PP / LO-BM): Identify packaging components within product BOMs, including primary and secondary packaging.
    • Specification Database (SAP EHS): Understand and interpret specifications, regulatory data, and value assignment structures.
    • Recipe Development (SAP PLM-RM): Support extraction of packaging composition data for process-based industries.
    • Material Classification: Guide packaging element extraction from classification data models.
  • Work closely with product managers and software engineers to define functional requirements and data structures.
  • Map functional data flows and ensure completeness and accuracy of source data across use cases.
  • Help define standard templates and best practices for packaging data extraction.
  • Provide expert insight on how different SAP modules contribute to packaging data visibility.

Ideal Consultant Profile:

  • Solid functional expertise in SAP EHS, PP/LO-BM, PLM-RM, and Classification systems.
