Functional Oracle Payroll Consultant

Summary: The Functional Oracle Payroll Consultant role requires a professional with 3-6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically in the payroll module. The consultant will be responsible for payroll processing, understanding US taxes, and managing end-to-end integrations between HR, compensation, and payroll systems. Key Responsibilities:

• 3-6 years of experience of Oracle Cloud HCM, payroll module
• Deep understanding of Payroll Processing, US Taxes and Payroll Accounting
• Understanding of End-to-End integrations between HR, Compensation and Payroll
• Creation and maintenance of Elements and the Fast Formulas associated
• Use of Oracle Cloud methodologies to create new, enhance, and troubleshoot components/tools such as HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extract and OTBI, BI Publisher
• People that worked on EBS platform of Oracle (on prem) will have this
