Functional Lead SAP IS-Oil RFNO (Remote)

Summary: The role of Functional Lead SAP IS-Oil involves leading the implementation of SAP IS-Oil modules, specifically Secondary Distribution Management (SDM) and Retail Fuel Network Operations (RFNO), for a customer. The position requires strong communication skills and extensive experience in SAP IS-Oil, with responsibilities including defining business requirements, collaborating with technical teams, and overseeing User Acceptance Testing. This is a fully remote position expected to last between 8 to 12 months, starting in August 2025. Expenses will be covered during the engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define detailed business requirements in collaboration with key business users.
• Drive the functional approach and solutioning for the SAP IS-Oil implementation.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the technical approach aligns with business requirements.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing and the rollout of the solution.

Key Skills:

• At least ten years of experience with SAP IS-Oil.
• Strong functional knowledge of Secondary Distribution Management (SDM) and Retail Fuel Network Operations (RFNO) modules.
• Experience in at least two new implementations involving SDM and RFNO as Functional Lead or Solution Architect.
• Ability to work closely with business users to elicit detailed requirements.
• Ability to communicate requirements effectively to the technical team.
• Capability to define and drive User Acceptance Testing.
