Summary: This role involves supporting the deployment of Quality Management and Laboratory Information Management capabilities in manufacturing settings, ensuring the consistent application of global quality templates while adhering to local regulations. The focus is on stabilizing existing quality solutions rather than designing new processes. The position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure compliance and effective training of key users. Proficiency in SAP QM and LIMS integration is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform fit/gap analysis between global SAP QM / QMS templates and local plant quality processes
- Support configuration and validation of:
- SAP QM (inspection planning, results recording, usage decisions, quality notifications)
- Quality processes integrated with manufacturing and logistics
- Support LIMS integration with SAP and manufacturing systems
- Ensure alignment with regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements
- Support quality master data readiness and validation
- Execute and document test scenarios (IT, integration, UAT)
- Support cutover activities and hypercare post go-live
- Train key users and quality stakeholders
- Act as functional interface between quality, manufacturing, IT, and product teams
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on SAP QM functional experience
- End-to-end understanding of QMS processes in manufacturing environments
- Experience with LIMS solutions and SAP–LIMS integration
- Understanding of:
- Inspection types & plans
- Results recording & defects management
