Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Assess, compare, and document capabilities across banking platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, developers, and architects.
- Design and develop solutions across front-end and back-end technologies.
- Support platform migration and modernization activities.
- Create and maintain functional and technical documentation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of experience as a Software Developer on projects of similar complexity.
- Experience working within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven Full Stack development experience, including:
- React (Front End)
- Python (Back End)
- Strong SQL skills.
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- English language proficiency at B1 level or above.
- Highly proactive and self-driven approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Quick learner with excellent adaptability.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in platform migration, system consolidation, or modernization programmes.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience working within Agile environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
