Summary: The role of Fullstack Developer in Healthcare Technology involves developing and enhancing a patient-triage platform integrated with NHS services. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Back End applications using C# and .NET 10.
- Build secure RESTful APIs and cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure.
- Develop responsive Front End applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, and NHS Digital Design System components.
- Implement HL7 FHIR R4, UK Core profiles, and healthcare interoperability standards.
- Integrate applications with NHS Login, NHS App APIs, and national NHS interoperability services.
- Apply SNOMED CT and ICD-10 clinical coding standards within healthcare solutions.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity while maintaining code quality and compliance.
- Ensure solutions meet GDPR, DSPT, accessibility, and NHS security standards.
- Collaborate with technical and clinical stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable healthcare software.
