Mandatory Qualifications
- Between 7 – 10 years of experience (no less, no more)
- Experience on Telecommunications & Wireless Telecommunications
- An “owner” mindset – be a part of the team, own the platform, go after the requirements, build it, test it. Client wants someone proactive who will take charge
- Good communication skills – candidate will be a part of daily syncs, weekly sprint planning sessions, and must be able to communicate and argue his/her point of view clearly
- “Continuous learner” profile – constant up to date with newer technologies, frameworks, tools, through books, online courses, blogs, sites, videos, etc
- Solid experience leveraging AI to accelerate web developing – MUST be able to list relevant AI tools used for professional developing and give actual examples
Mandatory technical experience
- Very solid professional experience with PHP and the Laravel framework
- Very solid professional experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Very solid professional experience developing modern frontend applications using Vue.js
- Experience using Tailwind CSS or a comparable utility-first CSS framework
Additional Qualifications
- Experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, Docker, or containerized application deployment
- Experience modernizing legacy applications or incrementally migrating mature systems
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
- Experience with RESTful APIs, relational databases, asynchronous processing, caching, and application monitoring
- Familiarity with test automation, including unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
- Experience supporting high-availability operational tools or systems with strict uptime requirements
- Knowledge of secure software development practices and production observability
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or issue-driven development environments.
