A transport authority is building three products from scratch: a promotional website, a passenger booking app with seat selection, and a full payments flow.

The stack:

• Astro + React + TypeScript throughout
• NestJS for the API and business logic
• Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Hosting, Functions, Real Time listeners)
• Stripe + SendGrid for payments and comms
• PrimeReact and a monorepo structure for shared components
