Summary: The role of Full Stack Developer requires an individual with active UK Security Clearance to work on a long-term project for a central government department. The developer will be responsible for building and deploying a nationally important platform using a tech stack that includes Java, React, and TypeScript. The position is remote and requires availability to start in May.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Microservices on AWS Kubernetes.
  • Build and manage REST APIs and implement data persistence using Hibernate and AWS RDS Postgres.
  • Integrate messaging technologies such as SNS/SQS and utilize Debezium for change data capture.
  • Leverage AWS Open Search and AWS API Gateway for efficient data retrieval and API management.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and manage version control with GIT.
  • Develop and maintain front-end applications using React.JS and TypeScript.
  • Utilize Docker for containerization and implement designs using the GDS Design Kit.
  • Develop and manage components with Node.js and Storybook for UI.

Key Skills:

  • Active UK Security Clearance.
  • Proficiency in Java, React, TypeScript, and Spring Microservices.
  • Experience with AWS services, including RDS, Kubernetes, and API Gateway.

Full Stack Developer - MUST HOLD ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE

Are you a full-stack developer (Java/React/TypeScript) with active UK Security Clearance looking for a new long-term project within central government? Entasis Partners have been engaged by a central government department to build a team of full-stack developers to help develop and deploy a nationally important platform implementation.

Rate: Up to £600 p/day (inside IR35)

Duration: 12 months

Location: Remote

Clearance: must hold active Security clearance

Availability: must be available to start in May

Tech Stack:

Back End:

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Microservices on AWS Kubernetes.
  • Build and manage REST APIs.
