Full Stack Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for (6) Full Stack Engineers in the Miami area.

Summary:
We're seeking a (6) Full-Stack Engineers with expertise in C#, .NET, Angular or React, SQL, and MongoDB to build scalable, secure applications and contribute to integration projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud technologies like Azure, containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes, and a strong understanding of RESTful APIs and CI/CD pipelines. This role involves collaborating across teams, mentoring peers, and driving architectural decisions while thriving in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Experience in financial services and security/encryption is a plus, but not required.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
* 5+ years of developer experience
* Expert knowledge of REST + JSON
* Ability to design and develop consumer-driven APIs that follow API-first design principles
* Ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies and systems
* Preferred experience performing orchestrations and transformations across multiple backend systems using REST-based protocols
* Strong customer service focus and sense of urgency
* Demonstrates the capability to resolve complex problems within a system or process
* Ability to thrive and produce results with little or no supervision in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
* Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills
* High resilience and ability to perform optimally under pressure

Experience with:
* .NET Core
* SQL Server
* Angular/React
* Terraform
* Kafka
* Kubernetes
* Azure, APIM, and KeyVaults
* ArgoCD
* NoSQL, MongoDB a plus
* CI/CD and git is a strong plus
* SignalR and real-time communication is a plus
* Redis and caching solutions is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
