Summary: The Full Stack Engineer will play a crucial role in developing both Front End and Back End architecture for a rapidly growing online media platform. This position involves collaborating with various teams to identify growth opportunities, enhance user acquisition and retention, and optimize application performance. The role is fully remote and classified as outside IR35, indicating a flexible working arrangement for the contractor. The contract is initially set for six months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Front End and Back End architecture, ensuring seamless integration of new features and improvements.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies in collaboration with product, marketing, and data teams.
• Implement features and optimizations aimed at increasing user acquisition and retention, including A/B testing.
• Continuously monitor and optimize application performance for a smooth user experience.
• Generate insights from monitoring experiments and key metrics to drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams, participating in critical decision-making processes.

Key Skills:

• Experience with Front End and Back End tech stack, including TypeScript, Next.js, and Node.js.
