Summary: The Full Stack Engineer role involves working with a London-based MedTech company to enhance their Azure-based core platform. The position requires extensive experience in Azure, C#, .Net, and React/ReactJS, focusing on business-critical updates and enhancements. The role is fully remote and offers a contract for 12 months. Candidates should be comfortable with complex software platforms and able to quickly adapt to new environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance the workflow engine of the existing Azure-based core platform.
- Collaborate with a small team of developers to implement business-critical updates and enhancements.
- Utilize Azure Functions, Azure API Management, and other Azure services in development tasks.
- Work with C#, .Net, and React/ReactJS to develop and maintain software solutions.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies for project management.
Key Skills:
- Extensive commercial experience with Azure, including Azure Functions and Azure Pipelines.
- Proficiency in React/ReactJS, C#, and .Net/.Net Core.
- Experience with MS Visual Studio, CI/CD, Microservices Architecture, and NoSQL or Cosmos DB.
- Familiarity with Git and Agile methodologies.
- Previous experience in HealthTech, MedTech, or Pharmaceutical environments is beneficial.

We're currently working with a London based MedTech company who are searching for a Full Stack Engineer who has extensive experience working with Azure, C#, .Net and React / ReactJS. This project will see you working alongside a small existing team of developers, adding additional capacity to make business critical updates and enhancement to their existing Azure based core platform, with the bulk of the work will focus on enhancing the workflow engine!
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer who is comfortable working on complex software platforms and is able to get up to speed quickly in new environments.
Required Skills / Experience
- Extensive commercial experience with:
- Azure - Azure Functions, Azure API Management, Azure Services, Azure B2C Directory, Azure Pipelines etc
- React / ReactJS
- C#
- .Net / .Net Core
- Commercial experience with:
- MS Visual Studio
- CI/CD
- Microservices Architecture
- NoSQL or Cosmos DB
- Git
- Agile / Scrum / Kanban
- Any previous experience working within HealthTech, MedTech or Pharmaceutical environments is beneficial but not essential.
