Summary: The Full Stack Engineer role involves working with a London-based MedTech company, focusing on enhancing their Azure-based core platform using technologies such as Azure, C#, .Net, and React. The position is fully remote and requires extensive experience in complex software platforms. The engineer will collaborate with a small team to implement critical updates and enhancements, particularly to the workflow engine. This is a 12-month contract classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance the existing Azure-based core platform.
- Work alongside a small team of developers to implement business-critical updates.
- Focus on improving the workflow engine.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience with Azure (Functions, API Management, Services, B2C Directory, Pipelines).
- Proficiency in React / ReactJS.
- Strong knowledge of C# and .Net / .Net Core.
- Experience with MS Visual Studio, CI/CD, Microservices Architecture, NoSQL or Cosmos DB, Git.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies.
- Previous experience in HealthTech, MedTech, or Pharmaceutical environments is beneficial.

We're currently working with a London based MedTech company who are searching for a Full Stack Engineer who has extensive experience working with Azure, C#, .Net and React / ReactJS. This project will see you working alongside a small existing team of developers, adding additional capacity to make business critical updates and enhancement to their existing Azure based core platform, with the bulk of the work will focus on enhancing the workflow engine!
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer who is comfortable working on complex software platforms and is able to get up to speed quickly in new environments.
Required Skills / Experience
- Extensive commercial experience with:
- Azure - Azure Functions, Azure API Management, Azure Services, Azure B2C Directory, Azure Pipelines etc
- React / ReactJS
- C#
- .Net / .Net Core
- Commercial experience with:
- MS Visual Studio
- CI/CD
- Microservices Architecture
- NoSQL or Cosmos DB
- Git
- Agile / Scrum / Kanban
- Any previous experience working within HealthTech, MedTech or Pharmaceutical environments is beneficial but not essential.
