Key Responsibilities:

An early-stage, AI-led health tech company is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build the core patient-facing platform that supports conversational screening, care routing and access to behavioural healthcare services. You will be joining a small, high-calibre team where engineering plays a central role in shaping the product from the ground up. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality user experiences in React and TypeScript while building and extending the Python/FastAPI services that power the platform. You will work closely with product and design to translate Figma concepts into production-ready interfaces such as real-time chat experiences, booking journeys and personalised care flows, ensuring they feel intuitive while meeting the demands of a regulated environment. On the backend, you will develop and extend FastAPI services, design clean REST APIs, and work with PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy to manage structured data. You will also contribute to implementing OAuth2 authentication across the stack to enable secure handling of sensitive patient information. The role also involves integrating existing LLM functionality into the product to support conversational experiences.
