API Evangelist (Contract)

Fully remote with occasional travel to conduct demos/workshops

My client are seeking a full-stack developer who is very passionate about APIs, an API Evangelist who not only can design, build, and architect APIs from scratch but can also lead the conversation in their API community

As an API Evangelist you will use your deep technical expertise to drive API solutions and become the go-to consultant in the development community.

Key responsibilities:

- Architect, design, and build scalable APIs from the ground up.

- Consult with development teams to deliver tailored API solutions, ensuring they meet business needs.

- Have a background in leading community engagement for example by running blogs, forums, and webinars focused on API best practices, tools and innovations.

- Have a background in being an API advocate internally and externally guiding teams on the best strategies for API adoption and usage.

- Experience consulting with stakeholders to deliver innovative API solutions.
