Summary: This contract role for a Full Stack Software Engineer involves developing an artificial intelligence solution for a prominent engineering company. The candidate will leverage their technical skills to create user-friendly interfaces and contribute to an Azure data platform. The position requires collaboration within an agile team and engagement with the client and engineering community. The role is remote with occasional travel and has potential for extension beyond the initial two-month duration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on development of front-end user interfaces and back-end systems.
- Contributing to the development of an Azure data platform using Azure functions and Web Apps etc.
- Building new integrations where necessary and leveraging existing API's.
- Working and contributing code as a key member of an agile delivery team.
- Working with the wider client and engineering community.
- Supporting the development of a cutting edge AI solution.
Key Skills:
- Python development using Web Frameworks (FastAPI preferred, Django or alternative frameworks acceptable).
- Experience in React development and Single Page Application architecture.
- Experience with event-driven architecture and Pub/Sub messaging patterns.
- Full stack capability with cloud platform experience (Azure preferred).
- Experience working in an agile environment.
