Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Front-End Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building compelling user interfaces and robust back-end systems that power our web applications. While your primary strength will lie in front-end development, you will also possess the necessary full-stack capabilities to design, develop, and maintain complete solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across the entire application stack.
Responsibilities
Front-End Development:
Design, develop, and implement highly interactive, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces using modern front-end libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Develop middleware complexities and connect front-end and back-end integrations with Next.js framework.
Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes (e.g., Figma Designs) into high-quality code, ensuring technical feasibility and optimal performance.
Implement client-side logic, state management, and asynchronous operations.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web standards and accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
Optimize front-end applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Back-End Development:
Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure server-side applications and APIs (e.g., using NextJS, Node.js, Python/Django/Flask).
Design and manage databases (e.g., SQL like PostgreSQL, MySQL; NoSQL like MongoDB, Cassandra).
Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
Integrate with third-party services and external APIs.
Full Stack Collaboration & Architecture:
Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical design of applications.
Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously seeking to improve development processes and tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
3+ years of experience in back-end development, demonstrating full-stack capabilities.
Strong proficiency in at least one modern front-end JavaScript framework/library (e.g., React.js, Next.js, Angular, Vue.js).
Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 (including preprocessors like SASS/LESS or UI frameworks like Tailwind CSS/Styled Components).
Solid experience with at least one back-end language and framework (e.g., NextJS, Node.js with Express/NestJS, Python with Django/Flask).
Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) is a plus.
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development principles; GraphQL experience is a plus.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of testing methodologies (unit, integration, end-to-end) and experience with relevant testing frameworks (Jest or Playwright experience preferred).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with serverless architectures (e.g.,Google Cloud functions, Google Cloud Run, AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).
Experience using Sitecore XM Cloud/Sitecore AI
Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with specific build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
Experience with DevOps practices and infrastructure as code.
Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub profile.
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for both front-end and back-end.
