Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer to build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to translate UI/UX designs into interactive web interfaces. This role requires collaboration with designers, back-end developers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable, and accessible web components.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and back-end services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions.
- Ensure applications meet accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design standards.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, QA, and product teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Stay current with modern front-end technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first development.
- Experience consuming RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with Git and version control practices.
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and web performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with TypeScript.
- Experience with CSS preprocessors such as Sass or Less.
- Knowledge of UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.
- Understanding of web security best practices and accessibility standards (WCAG).
