Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer to build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to translate UI/UX designs into interactive web interfaces. This role requires collaboration with designers, back-end developers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain responsive web applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable, and accessible web components.
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and back-end services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues and performance bottlenecks.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions.
  • Ensure applications meet accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design standards.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, QA, and product teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Stay current with modern front-end technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first development.
  • Experience consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control practices.
  • Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and web performance optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Familiarity with TypeScript.
  • Experience with CSS preprocessors such as Sass or Less.
  • Knowledge of UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.
  • Understanding of web security best practices and accessibility standards (WCAG).
