Job Description: Freight Forwarding Analytics & Reporting Manager - Remote

Must Required

• Bachelor s Degree in a quantitative field like mathematics, engineering, economics, business analytics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in monitoring, managing, manipulating, and drawing insights from data
• Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding.
• Experience with TMS systems such as CargoWise as the core freight and brokerage systems.
• Knowledge in at least one Business Intelligence and visualization tool such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, and similar tools.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving skills, with experience in data mining and a comprehensive understanding of industry tools and competencies.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, strong SQL skills, and ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.
• Nice to have: Experience working with freight forwarding and logistics data and utilizing it effectively for revenue driving/reporting purposes and analytics.
• Leads a small Analytics and reporting team across both customer and internal business analytics and reporting for Air, Ocean, and Conventional customs brokerage.
• Proven experience in leading change and driving analytics and performance management capabilities from scratch and transitioning old legacy systems out.
• Must be able to talk freight data with all levels of management and have a thorough understanding of the needs and solutions required to simplify and drive improved business performance through data, KPI ;s and analytics for a freight forwarder.
• Must have a strong data mindset and skillset inclusive of SQL, and can speak both technical and business capabilities to enable change
