Summary: The Freelance Creative Event Producer will be responsible for the styling and furniture curation of a high-profile event in New York City, overseeing print production and management throughout the pre-production phase and onsite during the event. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on event styling, design curation, and furniture selection to align with the client's brand and event objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal creative, production, and client service teams to ensure all design elements meet the brief.
  • Manage print production, including briefing designers, sourcing suppliers, overseeing proofing, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with local NYC vendors and partners to facilitate smooth event build and delivery.
  • Support onsite production during the build (15–16 Sept) and live event (17–18 Sept).
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay within budget and manage relevant costs associated with styling and print.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Creative Producer or Event Producer with a focus on styling and print management.
  • Demonstrated experience working on international events, particularly in the US market, is a plus.

Location: Remote (with travel to NYC for live event)

Day Rate: £350 – £375 per day

Start Date: Early June

Project Duration: 22 days of pre-production spread between early June and mid-September

Live Event Dates: 17th – 18th September (build days: 15th – 16th September)
