Freelance Senior Creative Event Producer

Summary: The Freelance Creative Event Producer will be responsible for the styling and furniture curation of a high-profile event in New York City, overseeing print production and management throughout the pre-production phase and onsite during the event. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure design elements align with client objectives and effective communication with stakeholders. The position involves travel to NYC for the live event and requires strong organizational skills and experience in event production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on event styling, design curation, and furniture selection to align with the client's brand and event objectives.
• Collaborate with internal creative, production, and client service teams to ensure all design elements meet the brief.
• Manage print production, including briefing designers, sourcing suppliers, overseeing proofing, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate with local NYC vendors and partners to facilitate smooth event build and delivery.
• Support onsite production during the build (15–16 Sept) and live event (17–18 Sept).
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay within budget and manage relevant costs associated with styling and print.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Creative Producer or Event Producer with a focus on styling and print management.
• Demonstrated experience working on international events, particularly in the US market, is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design-led event execution and production logistics.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and adapt to evolving requirements.
• Willingness to travel to NYC for onsite delivery.

Salary (Rate): £375 daily
