Freelance SAP PP-MRP Business Analyst

Overview:
For one of my key global customers, I am seeking a senior level freelance SAP PP-MRP Business Analyst. My client has recently acquired another company, so this project involves the integration of the acquired company into my clients SAP system.

The project covers two sites, one in the Dominican Republic and the other in Puerto Rico. You will be working remotely and this is a long-term engagement, the go-live is scheduled for November 2026.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the intermediary between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PP-MRP you will not be configurating the system yourself.

Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives - Proactively propose business process and system enhancements.

Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.

Conduct workshops to collect business requirements.

Develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.

Design, and test PP and QM modules.

Identify gaps, issues, and work-around solutions.

Act as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting software problems.

Training, Support, Cutover and go-live, hypercare

Key Skills:

Senior level expertise in SAP PP minimum 7 years experience

Manufacturing business process and relevant SAP Solution in SAP modules PP-MRP.

Understanding of accounting business processes.

Extensive experience with multiple implementation projects.

Experience or knowledge about other modules like QM, WM and MM would be a plus

Previous experience in the medical/pharma industry is desirable.

Languages: Fluent Spanish and English  
Location: Fully Remote (may require limited travel to customers site for training/go-live)
Travel Expenses: paid by the customer
