Summary: This role is for a Freelance MRICS or FRICS Building Surveyor, offering long-term opportunities with high earning potential. The position involves remote work, utilizing proprietary iOS software for efficient reporting and inspections. Candidates will engage in building pathology and expert witness work, primarily focusing on housing disrepair and large loss surveying. Support and training will be provided to ensure success in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect houses and apartments, conducting surveys and assessing defects.
• Produce associated repair specifications.
• Utilize iOS-based software for capturing information during site visits.
• Work independently while receiving support from a team.

Key Skills:

• MRICS or FRICS professional designation.
• Extensive experience in Building Surveying.
• Understanding of HHSRS and the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985.
• Knowledge and experience in producing repair specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple iOS devices.
