Summary: This role is for a Freelance MRICS or FRICS Building Surveyor, offering remote work opportunities with significant earning potential. Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect houses and apartments to assess defects.
- Conduct surveys and produce associated repair specifications.
- Utilize iOS-based software for efficient data capture during visits.
- Work independently while receiving support from a team.
- Engage in building pathology and expert witness work.
Key Skills:
- MRICS or FRICS professional designation.
- Extensive experience in Building Surveying.
- Understanding of HHSRS and the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985.
- Knowledge in producing repair specifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple iOS devices.
- Comfortable with remote work technology.
