Summary: The role is for a Freelance MRICS or FRICS Building Surveyor, offering long-term opportunities with high earning potential. The position involves remote work, utilizing proprietary iOS software for efficient reporting and inspections. Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect houses and apartments, conducting surveys and assessing defects.
- Produce associated repair specifications based on survey findings.
- Utilize iOS-based software for capturing information during site visits.
- Work independently while receiving support from a team.
Key Skills:
- MRICS or FRICS professional designation.
- Extensive experience in Building Surveying.
- Understanding of HHSRS and the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985.
- Knowledge and experience in producing repair specifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple iOS devices.
- Comfortable with remote work technology.
