Summary: The role is for a Contract mid-weight Writer focused on creating user-centered content and technical documentation for a leading cloud-based business software platform. The position offers flexibility with remote work options and requires collaboration with engineers and product managers. Key Responsibilities:
- Create user-centred content and technical documentation for developers, partners, and end users
- Knowledge of UX design principles + Content Design
- Design in-app guidance, onboarding flows, and messaging that drives adoption and value
- Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to capture technical details
- Ideally, have experience working within a SaaS environment
- Craft technical documentation, in-app guidance, and user-focused messaging
- Leverage research insights to optimise content for impact
- Directly support product adoption, enhance user experience, and guide product decisions
