- Create and coordinate compelling marketing content, including campaign messaging, promotional assets, and event storytelling.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced freelance marketing contractor who can plan and deliver effective marketing activity across multiple channels, supporting key moments in the awards cycle — including entries, judging, ticket sales, partnerships and event promotion. You will work closely with the Empowered Events team and key stakeholders, operating as a trusted extension of the business rather than an agency supplier. This role is freelance / contract-based , with flexible hours agreed in advance and potential for ongoing collaboration.

About You
