Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage Meta Ads campaigns tailored to local service businesses
- Build and maintain GoHighLevel accounts, including surveys, funnels, calendars, pipelines, and automations
- Write compelling ad copy and test creative assets for optimal performance
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize lead quality and volume
- Manage daily reporting and maintain accurate CRM data
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign strategies with client goals
Key Skills:
- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience generating leads via Meta Ads for local service businesses
- Advanced proficiency in GoHighLevel, including account setup and automation workflows
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads infrastructure, campaign setup, and optimization
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work Mountain Time hours (11:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
