About the Role
We’re recruiting a Graphic Designer specialising in Podcasts and YouTube to join a fast-paced, high-performing audio and video team at a leading media brand. This role is all about high-impact visual storytelling. You’ll know how to communicate an entire idea in a few pixels creating thumbnails and branding that stop the scroll, drive clicks, and perform on YouTube and podcast platforms. The environment is busy, creative and deadline-driven. Turnarounds can be fast, and there’s no time to train someone from scratch, so we’re looking for someone confident, platform-aware and ready to deliver from day one. You’ll work closely with producers, channel managers, videographers and video editors, reporting into the Head of Podcasts, and contributing to both established titles and new launches.

- Create hero branding for platforms such as Apple Podcasts, Spotify and YouTube
- Transform existing artwork and photography into cinematic, high-performing thumbnails
