Key Responsibilities:

UK / EU -based | Project & client-led work | Initial 6-month engagement I am building a small, high-calibre team of freelance sustainability consultants to support a major new B2B ESG software platform currently in development. The platform is designed to help businesses track, manage and improve their ESG performance , and is the next product in a fast-growing suite created by the team behind a highly successful employee carbon footprint platform. The work is being delivered for a global household-name group , operating across sectors including automotive, insurance, banking and manufacturing. This is an outside IR35 role, working directly with end-clients and representing both the platform and its underlying ESG methodology.
The opportunity We are not looking for ad hoc or transactional consulting . We are building long-term, trusted consultant–client relationships , where consultants are an embedded and valued part of the product and service lifecycle , rather than short-term delivery resources. Work will be: Client-based (supporting organisations over time), and/or Project-based , with projects typically running for several months and often evolving into longer-term programmes. The emphasis is on continuity, trust and depth, both with clients and within the consulting team.
