Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to support the rollout of new governance frameworks and metric standards.

- Collaborate with leadership, product teams, data professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and secure buy-in.
- Develop and execute a clear communication plan to articulate the purpose, benefits, and expectations of the changes.
- Work with learning and development teams to create training materials and resources that support adoption of new methodologies and tools.
- Drive engagement initiatives, monitor adoption, gather feedback, and support the transition to standardized reporting and measurement practices.
- Establish mechanisms for collecting feedback and continuously improving the change process and supporting tools.
- Identify potential resistance and risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years of experience leading complex change management programs.
- Strong knowledge of change management frameworks and best practices.
- Experience in data, analytics, technology, or product development environments.
- Familiarity with experimentation (e.g., A/B testing), metrics governance, and statistical concepts is a plus.
- Proven ability to drive behavioral and process change across matrixed organizations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership.
- Ability to simplify complex topics and navigate ambiguity in dynamic environments.
