Summary: The Fractional Growth & Performance Marketer (PPC-First) role at DocSelect is a part-time, remote position focused on building and managing PPC campaigns from the ground up for a UK healthcare platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and run PPC campaigns: Google Ads (Search, Maps, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)
- Build campaigns end-to-end: Keyword research (local, high-intent), campaign structure, budgets, ad copy
- Conversion tracking (GA4 / GTM)
- Actively manage spend and control CPA
- Optimise weekly (search terms, negatives, bids, creatives)
- Work closely with founders to improve funnels and landing pages
- Reduce user drop-off and confusion
Key Skills:
- Experience managing Google Ads accounts
- Comfortable being the only marketer
- Results-oriented mindset
- Ability to explain performance metrics to non-marketers
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries (nice to have)

We’re early-stage, founder-led, and currently have no in-house marketing — this role builds it from scratch. This is a hands-on performance role, not brand or content-only.
