What You’ll Do: As our Fractional HR Manager, you’ll work directly with our clients to play a key role in shaping company culture, driving talent acquisition, and ensuring a positive and compliant work environment. You’ll work closely with leadership and employees to create an inclusive, efficient, and rewarding experience for all team members.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development and retention.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals.
- Manage performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Pay
Your pay will be based depending on experience, and we have three tiers in operation:
- Tier 3 (£75 Per Hour) - 10+ Years Experience - 20 hours at £1500 per month.
- Tier 2 (£50 Per Hour) - 5+ Years Experience - 20 hours at £1000 per month.
- Tier 1 (£30 Per Hour) - 2 - 5 Years Experience - 20 hours at £600 per month.
You’ll have the opportunity to scale up your contract with us to upwards of 80 hours per month.
