We’re Hiring: Fractional/Freelance Business Development (Remote / Part-Time)

Company: Frachion

Contract: Freelance / 20 hours per month to start (potential to scale up to 80 hours/month)

Location: Remote (UK Applicants Only)

About Frachion: At Frachion, we’re building the future in fractional working and creating a workforce subscription for start-ups and scale-ups. We’re building a talented team of freelance and fractional talent, to cover a number of different roles across the business.

What You’ll Do: As our Fractional Business Development Professional, you’ll work directly with our clients to manage outbound sales initiatives. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and outbound outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends

Pay Your pay will be based depending on experience, and we have three tiers in operation:

  • Tier 3 (£75 Per Hour) - 10+ Years Experience - 20 hours at £1500 per month.
  • Tier 2 (£50 Per Hour) - 5+ Years Experience - 20 hours at £1000 per month.
  • Tier 1 (£30 Per Hour) - 2 - 5 Years Experience - 20 hours at £600 per month.

You’ll have the opportunity to scale up your contract with us to upwards of 80 hours per month.
