What You’ll Do: As our Fractional Business Development Professional, you’ll work directly with our clients to manage outbound sales initiatives. You’ll be responsible for:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and outbound outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends
Pay Your pay will be based depending on experience, and we have three tiers in operation:
- Tier 3 (£75 Per Hour) - 10+ Years Experience - 20 hours at £1500 per month.
- Tier 2 (£50 Per Hour) - 5+ Years Experience - 20 hours at £1000 per month.
- Tier 1 (£30 Per Hour) - 2 - 5 Years Experience - 20 hours at £600 per month.
You’ll have the opportunity to scale up your contract with us to upwards of 80 hours per month.
