Summary: The Founding GTM Engineer / Growth Hacker at Capstacker will be responsible for building systems to connect startups with elite operators through performance-based equity partnerships. This role requires a growth mindset and involves user acquisition, early activation, and scalable systems from the outset. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with the founder and shape the go-to-market strategy. The role is remote and targets candidates within the CET ±2 time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build systems to source, qualify, and onboard startups and operators

- Test and scale early channels (cold outbound, SEO, partnerships, etc.)
- Set up growth metrics, funnels, and experimentation frameworks
- Build the foundation for a future growth/ops/marketing function

About the Role
We’re hiring a Founding GTM Engineer / Growth Hacker to build the systems that feed Capstacker with great startups and top-tier operators. This is a builder’s role with a growth mindset—you’ll own user acquisition, early activation, and scalable systems from day one. You’ll work directly with the founder and help define Capstacker’s GTM motion.
