Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in IT/application security auditing, risk assessment, or technology compliance roles.
- Proficiency in auditing applications built on the Atlassian Forge framework for security and compliance adherence.
- Experience evaluating access controls, authentication mechanisms, and permission models within cloud applications.
- Experience assessing application architecture, APIs, and integrations for security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Experience reviewing SDLC processes, change management procedures, and release practices for governance compliance.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to document findings and present audit reports to technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct audits and assessments of applications developed using the Atlassian Forge framework.
- Review marketplace applications for adherence to security, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Evaluate access controls, authentication mechanisms, data handling practices, and permission models.
- Assess application architecture, APIs, integrations, and cloud services for potential risks and vulnerabilities.
- Analyze audit findings, document control deficiencies, and prepare remediation recommendations and audit reports.
- Partner with development teams to validate corrective actions and monitor emerging security threats affecting submitted applications.
