Summary: We are seeking experienced Flutter Developers at both mid and senior levels to join a leading UK investment platform for a long-term mobile app programme. The role involves contributing to a large-scale mobile development initiative with a focus on performance, stability, and user experience. Developers will work collaboratively within a cross-functional team to design, build, and deliver features for a widely used app. This position offers remote working and is initially for a duration of 3 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support robust Flutter applications used in production
- Take ownership of features from development through to deployment
- Contribute to a range of testing practices including unit, widget, integration, and end-to-end
- Help enhance app performance, scalability, and code quality
- Work with modern CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Bitrise)
- Partner closely with engineering, product, design, and QA teams
- Promote and follow best practices in software development
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart in a commercial setting
- Track record of delivering mobile applications to production
- Understanding of testing frameworks and automation
- Exposure to CI/CD processes within mobile development
- Strong focus on writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Solid understanding of mobile performance and user experience principles
